Position Overview ASG is seeking

Advisory Scouts

to identify and connect companies with consulting and advisory needs to our services team. Unlike investment-only scout programs, this role centers on sourcing

consulting engagements

; introducing ASG as a trusted partner to help companies address critical growth, operational, and strategic challenges. Capital introductions may complement some opportunities, but the primary focus is connecting organizations to ASG’s service offerings.

Key Responsibilities Leverage your professional network to identify companies needing advisory and consulting services in areas such as

strategy, fundraising readiness, operations, growth execution, and AI transformation

. Make warm introductions to ASG - typically a simple email connection. Our team manages the engagement process from there. Screen opportunities for alignment with ASG’s service offerings, including

Strategic Capital Solutions, Agentic AI, CxO-as-a-Service, Funding Readiness Services, Growth & Revenue Operations, and Board Governance

(see www.advantary.co for details). Build and maintain trusted relationships with

founders, investors, accelerators, venture firms, and corporate innovation leaders

to create a pipeline of qualified consulting opportunities. Collaborate with ASG’s leadership to refine sourcing strategies and align opportunities with client needs. Represent ASG at

industry events, venture forums, and networking communities

.

Experience & Education Demonstrated success in sourcing

consulting or advisory engagements

for high-growth companies. 3+ years in

management consulting, venture/private equity advisory, corporate development, or related fields

. Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, finance, or related discipline (MBA or equivalent experience preferred). Established network within the

startup, venture, and corporate ecosystems

. Strong

communication, relationship-building, and business development

skills.
