Senior Growth Operations Manager (Contract) Location: San Jose, CA 95110 or San Francisco, CA 94107 (Onsite 1 day per week, 2-3 days preferred) Duration: 8/03/2026 to 2/26/2027 Team: Digital Monetization
About The Role
This role will support fiscal year planning, quarterly platform requests prioritization, ongoing financial layer tracking and advancing specific projects (e.g PAR process streamline).
Key Responsibilities
Fiscal Year Planning
Support annual strategic planning cycles, including consolidating inputs, tracking assumptions, and maintaining planning artifacts Partner with cross functional stakeholders across Growth, Strategy, and Operations to ensure alignment to organizational priorities Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure teams are driving towards alignment on organizational priorities Produce clear, leadership ready summaries and documentation
Quarterly Platform Requests Prioritization
Own the end-to-end coordination of quarterly priority planning submissions to the Unified Platform team Manage timelines, intake requirements, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs, mapping submission back to critical priorities
Financial Layer Tracking
Maintain the centralized financial layer tracker, gathering inputs from Growth and Strategy teams Proactively identify risks, gaps, or misalignment and flag insights to leadership Operational Rigor & Stakeholder Management Drive consistency, structure, and clear ownership across planning and financial workflows Maintain strong documentation standards to ensure continuity during the coverage period Enable leadership to make fast, informed decisions through clear data and summaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations adjacent roles Maturity to deal with ambiguity and agility to switch gears, strategic and tactical, according to organizational needs and dynamics Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences Strong people and collaboration skills, with the distinctive ability to influence across levels and teams Demonstrated excellence in proactively advancing initiatives forward by identifying logical next steps, stakeholders to be brought along and roadblocks to be overcome Proven ability to ramp quickly and operate autonomously in a temporary role.
Compensation
$80.00 to $82.18 per hour.
