What you’ll be doing: • Delivering dynamic, high-energy trainings that drive real results • Leading classroom-style sessions that keep teams engaged and accountable • Thinking on your feet, handling objections, and adapting in real time • Building trust with everyone from team members to CEOs • Helping business owners identify next steps to grow their practice • Owning the full experience from pre-training prep to post-training follow-up
What it takes to win in this role: • Confidence and presence in front of a group • The ability to connect, influence, and inspire action • Strong communication and presentation skills • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to pivot quickly • A high level of personal accountability and follow-through • A desire to not just meet goals… but exceed them
