Analyzes HR programs to determine needs of HQ CYBERCOM. Provides expert advice on policy, directives, and guidelines on a full range of matters pertinent to assigned functions. Prepares and presents reports and briefings on program status, HR issues and/or recommended actions to key staff elements, appropriate senior staff officers, managers, and supervisors. Recommends changes to established procedures and practices or alternative approaches to resolve recurring problems and issues.
