Lead the full sales cycle from presentation to contract signing Develop and maintain strategic client relationships Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts Create proposals, pricing structures, and projections Execute effective closing strategies Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems Travel regularly to meet clients What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales experience Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish & English) required Why Join Terra Labor
