Identify potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform alongside your personal network Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings Maintain relationships with leads to nurture interest and guide the hiring progress Keep precise and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system Earn commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews carried out, and hires made from your connections What You Need for Success
