Your responsibilities include utilizing our unique platform and your professional network to find prospective healthcare candidates, engaging with potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruitment specialists for further evaluation, maintaining interest and assisting candidates throughout their hiring journey by following up with leads, keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on your contributions to meetings, interviews, and successful hires stemming from your outreach. What you will need for success includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-starter attitude, a passion for initiating outreach, forming connections, and facilitating others in advancing their careers, and no prior recruiting experience is necessary we will guide you as long as you are organized and resourceful. This is a purely commission-based arrangement. There's no limit to what you can earn or how successful you can be. Your income will reflect the real value you deliver: commission for each qualifying meeting you arrange, additional earnings for interviews stemming from your outreach, increased commission on new business deals, extra bonus commission when hires trace back to your leads, and performance bonuses available (e.g. retention rewards).
