Our legacy agency first opened in July 1994, and in August 2016 we expanded with a second office. Today, we have a seasoned team of nine at our original location and six at our second together bringing nearly 150 years of combined State Farm experience. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years in public accounting as a CPA, and that background still shapes the analytical, service-focused approach we bring to our customers. I attended the University of Detroit and served as President of the PKT fraternity Alumni Association for a decade. I'm married with five grown children, and supporting young people has always been meaningful to me. Each year, I present the dangers of distracted driving to newly licensed drivers at Royal Oak Shrine High School, a community outreach effort I feel strongly about. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Arce - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
