Head of CRM

to join a fast-growing, privately owned online gaming business headquartered in

Brickell , Miami. Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling CRM strategy across a portfolio of four established online casino brands. As Head of CRM, you will own the full CRM strategy across the group’s casino brands, driving player engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-led campaigns and automation. You will lead CRM operations, optimise the player lifecycle, and work closely with leadership to support rapid international growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the group-wide CRM strategy across all brands Design and optimise the complete player lifecycle from onboarding to VIP retention Build automated player journeys in Smartico CRM Execute campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and in-platform messaging Analyse player behaviour and campaign performance to improve retention and LTV Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies Work closely with marketing, product and data teams to align growth initiatives Continuously test, optimise and improve CRM performance Build and lead a high-performance CRM team as the company scales Audit the current CRM setup across all brands Optimise onboarding, retention and VIP player journeys Implement improved segmentation and automated player journeys in Smartico CRM Launch high-impact lifecycle campaigns designed to increase player retention and lifetime value Establish clear CRM performance metrics and reporting Identify opportunities to significantly increase retention and player engagement across the group Requirements Lead the group-wide CRM strategy across all brands Design and optimise the complete player lifecycle from onboarding to VIP retention Build automated player journeys in Smartico CRM Execute campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and in-platform messaging Analyse player behaviour and campaign performance to improve retention and LTV Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies Work closely with marketing, product and data teams to align growth initiatives Continuously test, optimise and improve CRM performance Build and lead a high-performance CRM team as the company scales
