Cardinal Buick GMC is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Manager to lead our floor and drive results. We don’t just want a desk manager; we are looking for a true Deal Maker and absolute difference-maker. If you bring relentless energy, a fresh perspective, and a proven ability to close deals and elevate the people around you, we want you on our leadership team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales floor, coaching a growing team of sales professionals, maximizing gross profit, and ensuring every customer leaves with a top-tier experience. You will be handling a massive pipeline and driving aggressive inventory turn strategies. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Lead the Floor:
Bring contagious energy to the showroom every single day. TO (Turnover) deals, close customers, and actively desk deals to maximize both front and back gross. Develop the Team:
Train, mentor, and motivate our sales staff. We are actively bringing on new classes of sales professionals, and you will be responsible for getting them up to speed and producing. Manage the Pipeline:
Effectively manage a high-volume internet and phone lead pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion. Drive Inventory Turn:
Work closely with dealership leadership to maintain tight inventory control, actively driving toward aggressive turn goals. Process Compliance:
Ensure all deals are structured cleanly, correctly, and in full compliance with state advertising and financing regulations. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): Experience:
Proven track record of success in automotive sales management. You are heavily
Gross Focused
and know exactly how to build a gross-generating culture. The Right Energy:

Prior experience with
