Account Executive / Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive sourcing. Conduct outreach to assess candidates' career goals and align them with our job opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Facilitate and support the recruitment process from start to finish. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS/CRM, maintaining candidate and client information. Required Qualifications: Must reside in Prairie Lea or be willing to relocate. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively. Basic understanding of sales techniques to attract top talent and promote services. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
