Senior Account Executive

This is a senior, high-ownership GTM role for someone who has built and sold fintech products before. You will act as a founder-level partner to customers, owning strategy, execution, and outcomes across some of Crossmint's most important accounts. As a Senior Account Executive focused on fintech, you will: Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion. Lead GTM efforts with fintechs, payments companies, remittance providers, neobanks, PSPs, and financial institutions. Sell stablecoin, wallet, and crypto payment infrastructure into complex, regulated environments. Close high-impact, strategic deals ranging from early partnerships to multi-year, seven-figure contracts. Act as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, product leaders, and technical teams. Help customers design, validate, and scale real-world stablecoin and crypto payment use cases. Shape GTM strategy by feeding market, competitive, and customer insights back into product, marketing, and leadership. Work closely with product and engineering to unblock deals, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure successful implementations. The ideal candidate has: Senior GTM experience 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles, with a strong preference for 8 to 12 years. Founder or early employee experience building and selling a fintech or crypto product is a strong plus. Proven ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, early-stage environments. Deep fintech and stablecoin background Meaningful experience in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure is close to a must. Strong understanding of stablecoins, payment rails, compliance constraints, and financial workflows. Existing network across fintech founders, operators, or decision makers. Founder-level mindset Thinks in terms of markets, positioning, and distribution, not just deals. Comfortable defining ICPs, refining messaging, and iterating GTM motion in real time. Able to identify opportunities before they are obvious and create demand, not just respond to it. Strong technical fluency Comfortable selling highly technical products to engineering, product, and compliance teams. Able to dive deep into APIs, architecture, and tradeoffs to unblock complex sales cycles. High ownership and execution bias Self-directed and outcome-oriented. Uses modern tooling and AI to scale outbound, research, follow-ups, and deal execution. Trusted cross-functional partner to product, engineering, marketing, and leadership. This role is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of fintech, stablecoins, and crypto infrastructure, with real ownership over how Crossmint scales its enterprise and fintech GTM motion. You will work directly with founders and senior operators at some of the most ambitious fintech companies in the world, while helping define how stablecoins move from experimentation to production at global scale.
