Qualifications:
* Experience in automotive sales or similar customer-facing roles preferred. * Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication skills. * Willingness to complete Volvo training and certification programs. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. * Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving. * Passion for vehicles and knowledge of Volvo's brand values. * Valid driver's license with a clean record. * Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand, walk, and move around the showroom/lot for extended periods. * Comfortable driving and demonstrating vehicles during test drives.
