About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to prepare accurate and timely bids that support weekly production revenue goals. This role is responsible for interpreting plans and specifications, completing take-offs, applying production rates, securing vendor quotes, and supporting the overall estimating and bidding process.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit bids for review
Perform accurate take-offs and apply production rates
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and addenda
Secure and review subcontractor/vendor quotes
Conduct field visits for prime bids
Support value engineering and pre-construction processes
Review estimating input work for accuracy
Maintain knowledge of vendors, materials, and related trades
Utilize estimating software and Microsoft Office applications

What Were Looking For
Associate degree preferred
3+ years of commercial construction, landscaping, irrigation, or related estimating experience
Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Bilingual English/Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus

Highly organized and detail-driven, ensuring accurate and complete bids
Sound decision-making skills with the ability to analyze information effectively

Customer-focused with a professional and responsive approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Regular walking on uneven terrain and extended periods in a vehicle

Must sign confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement
Full-time role with a 3-month introductory period
