COMMERCIAL ELECTRICIAN

Brite Ideas Electric, LLC is a small but fast growing commercial electrical contracting business in Tampa, FL. We are professional, agile and our goal is for the applicant to have experience in running fast paced commercial projects, coordinating with other trades, general contractors, and team members. It would be nice, but not necessary, if you are bi-lingual and can speak Spanish. Desired skills/experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience with commercial construction or remodel projects Read and utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturers installation manuals to complete assigned projects Excellent communication skills Have knowledge of electrical installation and electrical code (including conduit bending) Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc. Coordination with other trades Follow safety standards and procedures Reporting to supervisor any problems with any employees not following direction or company policies Being able to operate various equipment (i.e. backhoe, trencher, scissor lift, forklift, etc.) a plus, but not a requirement Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Benefits: Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation Ability to commute/relocate: Tampa Bay, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Commercial electrician: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
