SERVPRO of W. St. Joseph County is hiring a Restoration Sales Estimator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll scope projects, create accurate estimates, and guide customers through the rebuild process after fire or water damage. What You'll Do: Inspect properties and create scopes of work Write estimates using Xactimate Communicate clearly with customers and project managers Identify upgrades and project needs Keep projects moving from estimate to execution What You Need: 2+ years in construction, restoration, or insurance adjusting Experience with Xactimate preferred, not required (will train) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license What We Offer: Competitive pay Paid training & career growth opportunities Supportive, team-driven environment Purpose-driven workhelping people when they need it most Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
