What Does The Account Operations Specialist Do Reporting to the Account Operations Manager, this position is essential to driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement across the organization. You will serve as a critical link between Account, Production/Sourcing, and Client Service teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of key initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Optimize operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and system performance Manage data integrity, logistics coordination, and digital content distribution Provide technical troubleshooting and support to resolve cross-departmental challenges Execute priority activities that directly support client campaigns and digital deployments Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, agency partners, and internal leadership, providing thoughtful, concise, and consistent communication Maintain and contribute to data trackers used for local digital activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness Utilize IMS reporting tools to generate insights on key metrics including inventory usage, shipment details, and spend trends Provide customized reporting on local digital activity based on evolving client requests and requirements Submit and communicate daily requests for digital content platform activities Support and troubleshoot data integration issues related to EDI and API systems to ensure seamless information flow Coordinate data collection and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of database information Analyze reporting data to identify inconsistencies, resolve issues, and proactively spot potential operational challenges Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by management Contribute to ongoing process optimization and operational enhancements Deliver back-up support across teams as needed to ensure seamless operations Some travel required Key Requirements Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills Proactive problem-solver committed to achieving key project milestones Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and deliver executional excellence in all client interactions Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a proven history of career progression 2-4+ years of relevant client service experience Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, efficiently and under tight deadlines Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel and Power Point, Adobe - advanced Excel skill is a plus) Ability to formulate, build and run queries within data analytics platforms Fundamental knowledge of print and/or branded merchandise production Online Survey and data insights experience with Power BI and/or Salesforce familiarity with data organization QSR, Retail and/or CPG experience What We Offer Competitive salary Medical, dental, vision coverage, including family-forming benefits and gender-affirming care 401(k) with match Disability Insurance (short term and long term) Generous Time Off policy Hybrid work policy Robust peer recognition program Training and development opportunities Tuition reimbursement program Access to Omnicom's Employee Resource Groups: Black Together, Open Pride, Acento, Open Disability, and Omniwomen Commitment to growing and enhancing our organizational culture IMS is an Equal Opportunity Employer The salary range for this job is $55,000 to $62,000 - The salary range provided in this job posting is an estimate based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, location, and other relevant factors such as certain certifications that may be desired for this role.
