The Consumer Banking Training Specialist will support the design, development and delivery of onboarding, refresher and upskilling training curriculum. In this role, you will help to shape the learning and development strategy in partnership with the Consumer Banking Training Manager. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate the ability to identify and quickly address training opportunities to improve the execution and proficiency of frontline support members through AI enablement, process enhancement and content development activities. Responsibilities:

Leverage AI insights to identify knowledge, training, or process gaps and prioritize workstreams to mitigate risk and ensure proper execution of frontline servicing expectations. Support to enhance the onboarding experience for all Consumer Banking support members. Support the development and implementation of learning and development experiences. Facilitate onboarding, refresher, and upskilling trainings. Analyze results from training programs to improve retention, proficiency and confidence of new hires. Support with the creation and delivery of communication materials for new product launches and/or workflows updates. Drive content development activities to enhance and maintain internal knowledge base, optimize procedures and improve customer experience. Support the development of training curriculum designed to drive deposit growth and cross-sell initiatives. Project management experience with focus on root cause analysis and designing/implementing projects, to impact key performance indicators. Experience conducting in-person coaching, development, and interactive training sessions in call center environment. Required Skills/Abilities

At least 2 years of experience in a training development role. Experience developing training materials (In-person & Remote training, Policy & Procedure, Quick Reference Guides, Systems Documents, and Internal knowledge base). Proficient Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience with Learning Management System. High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree a plus. Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
