Job Title: Reservation Specialist
We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating and managing travel bookings for clients. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and providing reliable support throughout the reservation process. Primary Responsibilities
Process and manage travel reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and packaged experiences Review booking details for accuracy and completeness prior to confirmation Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates Make adjustments to existing reservations as needed Work with travel partners to confirm availability and secure bookings Maintain organized records of reservations and client details Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable navigating online booking systems and tools Self-directed and dependable in a remote work setting Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or reservations is a plus Work Structure
Fully remote position Flexible schedule based on workload and client needs Training & Development
