Morrisville, North Carolina Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Cary, NC Compensation: $16.13 per hour Schedule: Rotating Shift. Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cary, NC. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to a rotating shift schedule. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary) Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper documentation Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies and safety procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive team environment Training and development programs Work Environment: This position operates in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
