Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, supporting leadership effectiveness and decision-making across people-related matters Drive performance management processes, including talent reviews, employee development, and performance improvement strategies Manage employee relations cases, conducting investigations and providing fair, compliant, and business-aligned resolutions Support and execute core HR programs such as engagement surveys, performance cycles, and culture initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and scalable people practices across the organization Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve organizational effectiveness Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all organizational levels Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex organizational dynamics with sound judgment and professionalism High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential situations Experience using HRIS systems and leveraging data for decision-making Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Benefits:
