Position Overview QUOR is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Creator Partnerships Intern to support the execution of our social media strategy, influencer outreach efforts, and user-generated content (UGC) creator partnerships. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, creator economy partnerships, and brand building within a startup. You will work closely with the QUOR brand manager and creative team to help manage content, coordinate creator collaborations, and identify new opportunities to grow the QUOR community online.

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of QUOR’s social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok by assisting with scheduling and posting content on social media platforms

Draft and organize creative briefs for influencers and UGC creators

Identify and evaluate creators for potential partnerships based on brand guidelines and campaign goals

Support influencer outreach and communication with potential partners

Help manage and organize incoming creator submissions and partnership opportunities

Support packaging and shipment of product for influencer campaigns when needed

Monitor content performance and assist in tracking creator partnerships

Maintain brand voice and consistency across communications and content

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital brand building

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Comfortable using various software platforms and digital tools (Google Workspace, social platforms, etc.)

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Candidates must be enrolled in a college in LA County or be a student with a permanent residence in LA County

Requirements

Must be able to work up to 10-15 hours and come into the office 1-2 times weekly

Must be able to lift and handle packages up to 15 lbs (for product shipments and creator packages)
