Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Frisco, TX Type: Full time Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce professional to support CRM strategy, development, and optimization across the organization. If you enjoy blending technical expertise with business collaboration—and want to work on impactful, enterprise‑level solutions—this role is for you! You’ll customize and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, support integrations, strengthen data accuracy, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Design and implement solutions across Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile/field applications Configure, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce features and product enhancements Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions alongside product managers, architects, and internal partners Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (such as MuleSoft) Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and manage technical debt Participate in design reviews and help establish platform standards, best practices, and reusable components Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to engineering peers Support users with troubleshooting, training, and issue resolution Maintain strong data integrity and manage data governance processes Plan and execute Salesforce upgrades and release cycles Work within Agile, SDLC, and DevOps‑oriented environments (CI/CD, automation, version control) Partner with third‑party vendors to resolve integration or functionality issues What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 10+ years of software development experience 5+ years of hands‑on work with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud & Retail Execution Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Mobile Retail Execution App Strong enterprise integration background (middleware experience preferred) Experience supporting large user groups and mission‑critical environments Background supporting field sales, merchandising, or DSD‑focused tools Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary based on experience & skill set Performance‑based annual bonus eligibility Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Disability coverage Paid Time Off (vacation, parental leave, sick time) 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Mileage reimbursement
