Help Duties
At the GS-07/09/11 you will perform developmental duties as assigned. At the Full Performance Level (GS-12), you will perform the following: Resolve problems inherent in the contracting and teaming processes and provide training to junior team members. Coordinate contractor's requests for waivers or deviations from contract specifications. Perform comprehensive acquisition planning, analysis, and negotiation for repair and/or spare parts acquisitions in support of managed equipment. Develop the contractual strategy and acquisition plan utilizing various innovative contracting vehicles. Evaluate requests for equitable adjustment and special financing provisions. Negotiate changes in price(s), terms and conditions due to contract modifications, supplementary agreements, settlements from change orders due to defective specifications, changed site conditions(s), etc.
