Direct hire position $ 70,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually First shift Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers regarding order status, delivery timing, and demand changes Manage and interpret customer releases, forecasts, and purchase orders through EDI systems and customer portals Align customer demand with internal production and materials planning; communicate risks, constraints, or changes proactively Coordinate cross-functionally with production, materials, and logistics teams to support on-time delivery performance Monitor inventory levels, backlog, and shipping schedules to ensure continuity of supply Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term partnerships Track and report key performance metrics including delivery performance, premium freight, and schedule adherence Support escalation and resolution of customer concerns, including shortages, delays, and delivery-related issues Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements including labeling, packaging, and shipping documentation Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain, logistics, and customer service processes Process and validate daily and weekly customer releases and maintain accurate system data in ERP/MRP platforms Coordinate shipments and communicate schedules with internal teams and external logistics providers Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, shipments, or inventory balances Trade Coordinator Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred) Experience working with EDI systems, customer portals, and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, QAD, or similar preferred) Strong understanding of release management, forecasting, and shipping processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally and with customers Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive resolution quickly Familiarity with just-in-time (JIT) delivery environments and customer-specific automotive requirements is a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
