As a Healthcare Account Executive, your responsibilities will include: Leveraging our specialized platform and your personal network to source potential healthcare candidates. Initiating contact with prospective candidates, introducing them to MLR opportunities and gauging their interest. Coordinating appointments for candidates with our dedicated recruiters for in-depth screening. Keeping the dialogue going with leads to cultivate their interest and bolster their hiring journey. Maintaining meticulously accurate records within our applicant tracking system. Earning commissions based on the meetings you set, the interviews that result from your efforts, and successful hires from your leads.
