About the role
We are seeking a
seasoned, hands?on Marketing Director
to join our team and lead the strategic and day?to?day marketing efforts within our fast?paced medical manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role for a leader who thrives in a collaborative, production?driven setting and enjoys being close to the work, the people, and the products we create. What you'll do In this role, you will shape our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive initiatives that support growth across multiple channels. At the same time, youll be deeply involved in executionworking side?by?side with cross?functional teams, supporting product launches, developing content, and ensuring our messaging aligns with the precision and quality our industry demands. proven marketing leader
with experience guiding strategy while staying actively involved in daily execution Strong background in
manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated industries A leader who is energized by being
onsite every day
, engaging directly with Sales, operations, engineering, and leadership teams Bachelor's degree in marketing. Master's degree preferred.
