Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Customer Service & Sales Associate , youll be the welcoming face of our showroomhelping customers with rentals, purchases, and product educationwhile also representing our brand across the local healthcare and senior living community. In this key role, youll: Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone
Manage showroom sales, product rentals, scheduling, and organization
Build relationships through visits to Assisted Living communities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Orthopedic & Cosmetic Surgery offices, Homecare providers, and Chamber of Commerce events
Ensure the showroom remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
Make proper recommendations for equipment solutions.
Instruct customer on proper use and maintenance of equipment. Ensure proper fitment.
Offer customers piece of mind by discussing Extended Warranties.
Follow up on web leads (forms submissions) within 15 minutes of receipt.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys being out in the community promoting products that truly make a difference in peoples lives. Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Current valid drivers license. Pass criminal background check. Communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using personal computers, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet software.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The following are representative of the demands and conditions required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Ability to regularly stand, talk and walk extended distances in various outdoor weather conditions. Must be able to exchange information accurately between potential clients and the franchise owner. Strong attention to detail for inventory management, pricing, and adherence to processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant objectives and goals to be met on a monthly basis. Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
