As an eStore In-Store Shopper, you'll select, sort, and unload items to complete eCommerce online orders. Key responsibilities include providing superior customer service, managing product availability, and ensuring product freshness and sanitation. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and may be required to perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications include 3+ months of experience as a Curbie or related role, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and completion of required training is necessary. Physical demands include walking, reaching, lifting up to 55 lbs, and operating a manual pallet jack. The work environment varies from hot to cold conditions, and you must be able to work in different conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
