Estimator
The Estimator will: Prepare accurate and competitive HVAC cost estimates for commercial construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for HVAC systems Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and preconstruction teams Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and industry trends Assist in bid submissions and client presentations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
