Loyalty & CRM Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Loyalty & CRM Coordinator to help bring QDOBA's guest engagement strategy to life. In this role, you'll support the execution and reporting of our QDOBA Rewards program and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging for national and local effortshelping deliver timely, personalized experiences to millions of guests. You'll partner with cross functional teams to help bring cross-channel promotions to life. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited about data-driven marketing, customer lifecycle engagement, and omnichannel campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of CRM campaigns within the marketing automation platform Coordinate asset deliverables, campaign calendars, and internal creative reviews Execute templated and calendarized franchise local email campaigns, including content approvals and publishing Assist with QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) for app and CRM-related releases Assist with website content updates using content management systems (CMS). Reporting & Analysis (30%)

Run standard reports to monitor campaign performance and key KPIs Assist in data and reporting to inform rewards program results and identify optimization opportunities Prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentations highlighting campaign performance and trends Support market and competitive research as needed Collaboration & Administrative (30%)

Partner with marketing, operations, IT, and guest relations to support campaign execution Maintain CRM and integrated marketing calendars and related documentation Serve as a point of contact for basic field and franchise CRM/loyalty communication Help manage promotional offers, including tracking and coordination between marketing and tech teams. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, related field or equivalent experience 12 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or a related role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Ability to analyze data and summarize findings Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insights Nice to have: Exposure to CRM or loyalty platforms (e.g., Braze, Paytronix), CMS tools, Restaurant experience REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: Qdoba and its affiliates will make reasonable accommodations to allow a qualified individual with a disability to enjoy equal employment opportunities and to perform the essential functions of the job.
