Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist in the hiring journey. Keep accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system. Receive commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews completed, and hires resulting from your leads. Qualifications for Success Outstanding written and spoken communication skills. Previous recruiting experience is not essential we'll assist you in mastering the necessary skills if you possess organization and resourcefulness.
