(RAI) is a boutique agency based in Sarasota, specializing in executive placements within industries such as building materials, construction, real estate, capital markets, healthcare, education and IT. Role Description The Lead Montessori Guide will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing a comprehensive Montessori curriculum in alignment with the school's philosophy. This full-time, on-site role is located in Colorado Springs, CO, and includes managing classroom activities, preparing materials, and guiding students in their individual learning journeys. The Lead Guide will foster an environment of respect, curiosity, and independent learning while working collaboratively with other educators and maintaining clear communication with families. Qualifications Expertise in Montessori principles and methods, with an accredited Montessori certification is highly preferred. Strong teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement Excellent organizational and observation skills to assess and guide individual student growth Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and outreach to families. A true team effort as Aides and Assistants will be part of your classroom working in small & large groups aside from Independent Work Time. Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for fostering lifelong learning in students 3+ years of previous experience as a Lead Montessori guide is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field or Montessori certifications is required.
