Strategic Americas Portfolio & Growth Manager

We are looking for a strategic Americas Portfolio & Growth Manager to lead the TASKI product portfolio and drive profitable growth across North America and Latin America. This role sits within the global TASKI portfolio organization and serves as the regional marketing and portfolio leadshaping priorities, advancing innovation, and ensuring successful commercial adoption of new products and solutions across the Americas. The key responsibilities include: Owning and leading the TASKI portfolio strategy across the Americas, driving growth, profitability, and portfolio performance. Defining regional portfolio priorities, product positioning, and pricing strategies aligned with global direction. Managing product lifecycles, including new product introductions, mix optimization, and innovation rollouts. Translating market insights into actionable growth initiatives, programs, and marketing strategies. Partnering closely with Global Marketing, regional Sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure commercialization readiness and strong market activation. Localizing and developing product support and marketing content; supporting field teams through launches, training, and portfolio communication. Contributing as an active member of global TASKI functional teams, supporting initiatives that drive growth across regions. The ideal candidate will bring: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 810 years of experience in product or portfolio management; B2B or professional equipment industry experience preferred. Strong portfolio and product lifecycle management expertise with proven commercial acumen. Ability to translate market and customer insights into clear recommendations and executable growth plans. Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills. Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
