Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning Dallas, TX A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead enterprise-wide planning across demand, inventory, supply, and manufacturing alignment. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming and modernizing how planning is done at scale. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in complex supply chain environments and has experience driving large-scale transformation across systems, processes, and teams. About the Role The Senior Director will sit at the center of the business, owning end-to-end planning and acting as the product owner for planning strategy, systems, and execution. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in driving change across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring demand signals are accurate, inventory is optimized, and supply planning aligns with manufacturing capacity and business goals. The role also involves leading modernization efforts across planning systems, data, and processes.
