About the Role
The Senior Director will sit at the center of the business, owning end-to-end planning and acting as the product owner for planning strategy, systems, and execution. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in driving change across the organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring demand signals are accurate, inventory is optimized, and supply planning aligns with manufacturing capacity and business goals. The role also involves leading modernization efforts across planning systems, data, and processes.
Responsibilities
Owning enterprise planning across demand, inventory, and supply
Driving accurate demand signals to support manufacturing and capacity planning
Ensuring alignment between what is sold and what can be built
Partnering closely with manufacturing to support expansion and operational planning
Leading transformation of planning systems, tools, and processes
Defining and executing planning technology strategy and roadmap
Leveraging data, analytics, and automation to improve decision-making
Managing and developing a global team, including leaders across multiple regions
Driving adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organization
Candidate Profile
Experience leading large-scale supply chain or planning functions
Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and manufacturing environments
Background in complex, high-scale industries such as semiconductors, retail, or similar
Proven experience driving transformation or modernization initiatives
Ability to operate across both business and technical teams
Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams
Comfort influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across organizations
