We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Business Analyst. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, enhance business processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Business Analyst will assist in evaluating business workflows, developing reporting solutions, and supporting system optimization initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational visibility and drive informed business decisions. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Learn and document current business processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and finance functions. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements. Assist with process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Partner with department leaders to define reporting needs and KPI development. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting platforms. Translate business questions into actionable, data-driven insights. Learn and support the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment. Evaluate system usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and efficiency. Assist with system documentation, user training, and enhancement initiatives. Support troubleshooting of system and data-related issues. Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and reporting standards. Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Specifications and Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn business systems and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI (academic, internship, or professional). Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems. Understanding of distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory-based businesses.
