Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences, budget, and travel needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing travel changes. Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to assist clients better. Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure bookings. Maintain accurate records and documentation of travel bookings and client interactions. Requirements
Passion for travel and a strong desire to help others explore the world. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
