Associate Digital Marketing Coordinator

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership to optimize marketing strategies and drive impactful results. The Associate Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department by managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining website content to align with organizational goals. Work alongside the Director of Marketing to oversee digital marketing budgets and advertising expenditures. Support Google Ads initiatives including keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, account structuring, and performance monitoring. Maintain website accuracy by updating content in line with marketing priorities. Conduct SEO audits, track search performance, and analyze key performance indicators using Google Analytics and other tools. Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, user experience, and engagement across digital and social media channels. Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and healthcare marketing innovations to inform strategic recommendations. Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, paid campaigns, and short-form video production. Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports on digital marketing performance. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required. Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience is necessary. Google AdWords and Analytics certifications are preferred; candidates willing to obtain these certifications within the first 30 days are encouraged to apply. Proven expertise in SEO and digital marketing analytics tools is essential. A creative self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities is ideal. Strong concentration and attention to detail are required to perform duties under time constraints. The role involves extensive computer use with frequent interruptions. Standard office environment.
