Marketing & Content Coordinator

The Marketing & Content Coordinator supports the marketing team by executing campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating marketing initiatives, and tracking performance metrics to increase brand awareness and engagement. This role will work closely with our AI consulting partner to build AI-native workflows across email, paid media, and content candidates who are excited about leveraging AI tools will thrive here. This is an in-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, where the Marketing & Content Coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams on day-to-day marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Campaign Execution Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels Support email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule Content Creation Draft, edit, and publish content for social media, website, and marketing materials Assist in developing creative assets and campaign messaging Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across channels Data Analysis & Reporting Track campaign performance and analyze engagement metrics Monitor marketing performance and help identify opportunities for optimization Create regular reports on marketing activity and campaign results Project Management Coordinate marketing project timelines and internal tasks Maintain marketing materials, brand assets, and campaign documentation Assist with logistics for events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to support campaign execution Help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals Other projects or duties as requested. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field Skills & Abilities: Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows. Experience preferred, but genuine curiosity and openness to continued learning and ongoing use is a must. Technical skills overall include: Email Marketing Platforms: Klaviyo Marketing & Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot AI Writing & Productivity Tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X Design & Project Tools: Canva, Asana, Trello Content Management Systems (CMS) Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal abilities. Exceptional attention to detail in writing, editing, and proofreading. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience: At least 2 years (preferably 4) of experience in a similar role.
