Concraft is currently searching for a Construction Estimator to join our team. Our Estimator is responsible for estimating and selling reconstruction services in the fire and water restoration industry. We strive to acquire talent that is motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Someone who has great communication skills and a passion for delivering at the highest levels of quality. This is a salary-plus-commission position. The salary will be determined based on the amount of previous experience and knowledge of the industry. Responsibilities: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Have a working knowledge of applicable building codes. Strong computer skills are a must. 2 plus years of experience in Construction and/or Restoration estimating. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Provide superior customer-client experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Ability to negotiate subcontractor's pricing/cost. Must be able to be on-call after hours for emergency calls on a rotational basis. Experience with Xactimate and DASH.
