Job Title

Job Description Pulls daily outstanding reports from all investor and vendor sites. Obtains and provides missing or additional documents, post purchase of loans, as required by investors. Performs regular follow-ups of requested documents, ensuring investor due dates are met, on all loans with deficiencies in assigned pipeline. MERS process daily registration, monthly reconciliation, and annual reporting. Obtain outstanding trailing docs requesting final title policies, security instruments, and coordinate any corrections needed. Sub-servicer loan boarding and providing missing items or corrections as requested. The duties for investor follow up include, but are not limited to, those described below. Responsibilities

Handles telephone calls and email communications from both internal and external customers for clearance of specific post-closing and post-purchase issues as directed by manager. Liaises with originating PRMG branch personnel, title/escrow/closing agents concerning follow-up of post-closing documentation needed to successfully sell loan to investors. Coordinates and communicates with internal departments in obtaining documents to clear/cure presented issues by investors. Maintains accurate and current information on status of loan files for clearance of deficiencies. Reviews completed work and monitors quality on a regular basis. Ensures that good business practices are promoted in a courteous, effective, efficient, and timely manner. Qualifications

2 years of mortgage industry experience. Jr. underwriting or loan processing experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technologically proficient in MS Windows software. High school diploma or equivalent. Min
