Commercial Property & Casualty Claims Account Manager
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Commercial Property & Casualty Claims Account Manager. This role will be supporting a large, complex Marsh client directly and is fully remote. We Will Count On You To:
Monitor client systems to identify and report incidents to the Third Party Administrator (TPA). Assist client Risk Management department to report and manage TPA. Create, maintain and update incident logs, files and related construction project claims materials. Monitoring and following up with Third Party Administrator on status of reported claims, including reviewing quality of adjuster work to ensure compliance with client standards. Support the internal management of claims files, including obtaining and following up on required information and data. Manage various financial tracking worksheets and systems. Consolidating and reviewing construction project-related invoices, and supporting the associated administrative processes required to pay these invoices. Help coordinate severe incident defense responses for construction project claims. Support the review of contracts for the construction projects. Support client Risk Management team manage all other construction project-related activities as required. What You Need To Have:
3-5 years of insurance industry experience, ideally with experience in construction and/or claims management programs. Experience working closely with and managing third party administrators for property & casualty. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management or a related subject. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. What Makes You Stand Out:
