Investor Relations / Investment Sales Associate (Full-Time)
A rapidly growing real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Investor Relations / Investment Sales Associate to join its team in Beverly Hills. This is a highly investor-facing role focused on engaging with prospective and existing investors, presenting investment opportunities, and building long-term relationships through daily interaction via phone, video meetings, email, and in-person meetings. A key component of the role includes proactively reaching out to new investors who register on the firm's platform, introducing them to the investment process, and guiding them through onboarding and participation. The firm is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development platform headquartered in Los Angeles. It provides accredited investors access to curated real estate opportunities, including value-add and ground-up multifamily development projects. With a strong track record of completed projects and consistent investor returns, the firm manages the full lifecycle of its investments in-house, including development, construction, property management, brokerage, and design. The company also offers a proprietary digital platform that enables investors to review opportunities, track performance, and invest seamlessly.
