Requirements: The Sr Business Analyst will lead a focused enablement pilot and ongoing program for senior executives and their support staff, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI capabilities. This role will also design and implement a governance framework for M365 Copilot Agents, including configuration review and changes.

The ideal candidate has deep experience enabling C suite audiences, strong Microsoft 365 and Copilot expertise, and a proven track record running structured training and governance engagements in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities 1. Discovery, Planning & Design (Executive Enablement Pilot) Facilitate a structured discovery and planning session to finalize the pilot and continued enablement approach, including: Defining personas, including Executives and Executive Assistants (EAs). Designing customized training agendas per persona and/or individual attendee. Confirming number of attendees per session, including: 1:1 ratio for executives. Group size and format ( vehicle ) for GSLT (Global / Group Senior Leadership Team) sessions. Collaborate with stakeholders to review the proposed plan and obtain mutual sign off. 2. Pilot Execution Executive Enablement Facilitate executive session 1 for the pilot group, including: 1:1 breakout sessions with each executive focused on use case identification and development. Facilitate executive session 2 for the pilot group, including: White glove 1:1 foundational training by app, with live prompt engineering and Q&A. Deliver foundational training content covering, at minimum: Art of the prompt (prompt engineering best practices). Chat-based experiences (Copilot / M365 chat). Outlook. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Provide foundational Executive Assistant (EA) general training sessions: 2 group sessions (60 minutes each) tailored to EA workflows and responsibilities. 3. Continued Executive Enablement (Program Rollout) Extend the pilot model to remaining executive user groups, including: Facilitating executive session 1 with 1:1 use case development breakouts. Facilitating executive session 2 with white glove 1:1 foundational training by app, prompt engineering, and Q&A. Deliver foundational GSLT general sessions: 2 group sessions (60 minutes each) designed for GSLT members and other senior leaders. Continuously refine content, examples, and use cases based on feedback and adoption outcomes. 4. M365 Copilot Agents Governance Facilitate an M365 Copilot Agents Governance overview and planning engagement with client stakeholders. Review existing M365 Copilot Agents configurations (up to 2 sessions), including: Current licensing and allocation approach. Permissions and access patterns. Environments and data boundaries. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls. Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes. Cost management and optimization considerations. Define a practical, risk-aware governance plan (up to 2 sessions) covering: Licenses and role-based allocation. Permissions and security model. Environment strategy and segregation. DLP and compliance guardrails. ALM and change management. Cost tracking and optimization recommendations. Implement agreed configuration changes in alignment with the governance plan, in partnership with client IT and security teams. 5. Deliverables & Documentation Develop and maintain all session materials (decks, demos, labs, job aids, and reference guides). Deliver executive training sessions and ensure high-quality participant experience. Produce an Agent Governance Recommendations Report including: Current-state analysis. Proposed governance framework. Configuration recommendations and implementation steps. Document configuration changes performed and provide handover guidance to client teams.

Qualifications: 5 years of experience in consulting, change management, or technology enablement roles. Demonstrated experience working directly with C suite or senior executive audiences. Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 workloads, including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and M365 Copilot/AI capabilities. Experience designing and delivering persona-based training programs, including 1:1 and group formats. Familiarity with governance concepts across: licensing, permissions, environments, DLP, ALM, and cost management. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business use cases into practical AI/Copilot workflows. Preferred

Prior experience implementing or governing M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI agents. Background in change management, user adoption, or executive coaching. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Security/Compliance, or AI-related certifications). Success Criteria Executives and EAs report increased confidence and proficiency using M365 Copilot and core M365 apps. High-quality, relevant use cases identified, refined, and actively used by executives. Governance recommendations adopted by the client, with configuration changes implemented as agreed.
