About the role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Part-Time Product Photographer to help bring our products to life through high-quality, compelling photography. At DFTBA and Good Store, we create products that are designed to delight and built to do good -- with 100% of Good Store profits donated to high-impact charities. As our product lines continue to grow across DFTBA, Good Store, and our creator partners, strong visual storytelling is essential to how customers experience our products. As Part-Time Product Photographer, you’ll work closely with the Good Store Art Director to capture and produce consistent, high-quality product imagery for e-commerce, marketing, and brand use. You’ll execute everything from clean, white-background product shots to more styled and creative setups, helping ensure our products are represented accurately and beautifully across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on studio work, has a strong technical photography foundation, and can manage a flexible, production-based workload with attention to detail and consistency. Guaranteed 12 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during busy production periods and scheduled photoshoots. What you'll do Photograph products for e-commerce use, including clean and consistent images on white or simple backdrops. Edit and retouch images for web use, ensuring color accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Organize and maintain digital photo assets, including proper file naming, storage, and accessibility. Collaborate with the Good Store Art Director to maintain and evolve product photography standards. Manage basic studio setup, including lighting, backdrops, and equipment upkeep within the DFTBA warehouse. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are photographed accurately and on schedule. Adapt to shifting priorities and increased workload during seasonal product launches. Occasionally execute lifestyle-oriented product shoots, including scene styling and composition. Support additional photography needs as assigned by the Good Store Art Director and Creator Partnerships General Manager. Qualifications 2+ years of product photography experience, preferably in e-commerce or commercial settings. A strong portfolio demonstrating product photography, including both clean and styled setups. Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop). Solid understanding of lighting techniques for small objects and product photography. Strong attention to detail, especially in color accuracy and consistency. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently within a flexible schedule. Basic knowledge of file management and digital asset organization best practices.
