This is not a people manager role. This candidate will act as a UX Lead and point person for their specific office location, helping lead 5 other UX designers, but those designers will not be reporting into this person. Ideal split is 60% hands on delivery and 40% strategic direction and leadership. You will be partnering directly with the Global Head of UX.
