UX Copywriter Job at IntePros in Greenwood Village

Intepros is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter/UX Writer to join our client's team. This role involves developing engaging content across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in UX writing, a passion for user-centered communication, and the ability to adapt language and tone for a variety of audiences and formats.

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and write clear, compelling copy for a wide range of projects, including web, in-app, onboarding, and long-form content.

• Consult with designers, product representatives, and stakeholders to gather platform, product, and user insights that inform content requirements.

• Edit, refine, and rewrite copy as needed to align with style, clarity, and project goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Demonstrate creativity and versatility in adjusting language, tone, and style across different mediums and audiences.

• Contribute UX writing expertise to product tours, onboarding flows, error messages, and help content to ensure clarity and usability.

• Support the development of user guides, FAQs, and long-form documentation that enhance customer understanding.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, UX Writing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience writing copy for digital platforms, with examples of UX writing in apps, websites, or product experiences.

• Strong editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Interest in UX research, with exposure to writing scripts, surveys, or content testing materials preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across design, product, and technical teams.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and UX writing examples required.
