W2 Role // Senior Server & Storage Administrator – NetApp Specialist

This is a long-term contract-to-hire position requiring an onsite schedule of five days per week in Houston

Onsite Interview one and done only

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise server or storage administration

5+ years of hands-on experience with

NetApp ONTAP in production environments

Strong knowledge of

NAS/SAN protocols

(NFS, SMB, Fibre Channel)

Experience with

VMware vSphere administration and storage integration

Strong skills in performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring tools

Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)

Experience with backup, DR, and storage replication technologies
