The Company:
A highly respected and customer-focused insurance brokerage in the Bay Area is searching for extra support in the commercial lines department and wants to add a dependable Account Manager. The ideal professional will likely possess the following insurance experience, organizational skills, and strong management skills. In this role, you will closely assist with client needs and oversee the company’s products and services.
What’s in it for you?
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
100% remote - equipment provided
MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
What we need from you:
Experience:
You have 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
Experience with Agriculture accounts is a plus!
Active Property & Casualty license
Software:
You are tech savvy and have experience working with insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and carrier websites.
Comprehensive knowledge:
You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with organizational skills.
The Position:
Pursue new business within our existing client base.
Drive marketing and sales initiatives for new commercial lines growth.
Empower clients with a clear understanding of their coverage and policy details.
Build client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism.
Processing certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
Requests for information and documentation.
