
Technical Sourcer Recruiter

What you’ll do
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies for SDE roles Proactively source, engage, and assess software engineering talent using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, niche communities, etc.) Build diverse, high‑quality pipelines for mid‑to senior‑level SDE positions Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with technical candidates Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate engagement through an ATS/CRM Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on hiring needs and market conditions What we’re looking for
4–8 years of technical sourcing experience, with a strong focus on Software Development Engineers Experience sourcing in large technology companies and/or high‑growth startups Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets, tech stacks, and role differentiation Proven ability to influence candidates and deliver results in competitive markets Comfortable managing multiple searches and shifting priorities Data‑driven and organized, with strong communication skills Nice to have
Experience supporting full‑cycle recruiters or in-house engineering teams Exposure to high‑volume or scaling environments Passion for creative sourcing strategies and talent branding Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
